why do Plex Pass features only work on the PC and not where i actually watch?

i am running Plex on a win10 pc.
once i upgraded everything worked on the pc except extras but i figured that out. (had to remove then add my library this should be mentioned when someone upgrades)

one of my issues ( and one of the main reasons i got plex pass) is that i watch everything via a roku stick in the living room or a xbox360 in the den and neither of those will show trailers prior to playing a movie.
the option is enabled and works fine from my pc browser.

is there a solution to the above issue?
if not why isnt there something in the xbox and roku FAQ that tell you that features you upgraded for do not work?

the other issue is the 360 has no organization at all.
i have my library in neat folders all nice and organized.
i can see these on the pc and the roku stick but not the xbox.

the default media player on the xbox 360 sees these folders why cant Plex?
is there any plans to fix it?

For trailers, you have to enable them in each client as well as having the correct setting enabled on the server.

For the Roku, see: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/204275243-Settings-Plex-for-Roku

The Xbox will have similar settings as well.

@ hthighway…thanx

that worked for the roku stick but not the xbox360.

and the 360 is where i use plex the most so i am s.o.l. until such a time as i break down and get a xbone.
so i am going to cancel sub since having a plex pass makes no difference on the 360.
cant see paying for features i am unable to use.
