Plex Pass Movie Trailers not playing..?

I am a current Plex Pass subscriber and have been for over a year. I noticed earlier this week, the Movie Trailer feature is not working. Check the setting and they show just as before. Not working on Nvidia Shield, Roku or Android App. Plex server Version 1.1.0.2611.

Please does anyone have any ideas?

I was also experiencing this. The current app version was 4.31.1.290. I uninstalled updates, which brought it back to 4.27.0.655 and trailers worked no problem.
