Why do subtitles suck so hard?

Latest version. subtitles once again suck.

Using opensubtitles.org agent

Automatic searches don’t return anything. Manually entering search terms can produce results, however searching on the web UI Vs phone UI vs TV app produce totally different results.

This is truly pathetic when a BASIC BASIC BASIC feature like this just doesn’t work and renders all content unusable

You could burn your own subtitles and use them locally.

Yeh, right…, then what’s the point of Plex if I have to do everything manually… it’s supposed to be a media management system.

Again. it’s BASIC functionality that sucks
