Why Does Plex not see adopted storage on my Shield K1

Setup Plex on my Shiled K1 after setting up the server on my PC only to find stupid goddamn Plex refuses to see my 128GB adopted storage in the Shield K1. I can only carry 2 damn movies around with me due to internal storage recognition only? Are you freaking serious?

This is seriously pissing me off, wtf do i pay you idiots for? This cannot be the only way to get support?!

Why shouldn’t I just say screw this, abandon Plex and my subscription and simply use VLC?

you don’t need a subscription to use the server or the android app.

as mentioned in the the description of the app it reads the files in the device Camera Roll ( aka the DCIM folder) not other random folders. we have not been secretive about that.

if you want to makje a feature request you can do that here https://forums.plex.tv/categories/feature-bug-voting or the Android section of forums.

Pardon BigWheel, But you obviously just skimmed my post, this has nothing to do with the DCIM (yes i am familiar), I am talking about the Sync process (from my server to my Portable Shield K1 Tablet).

The Plex application (not the server) on my Tablet is only seeing the internal storage (not the full adopted storage on 128GB). So I am only able to sync mayby one or two movies before I run out of space, while the system clearly has more available. All other apps use the adopted storage system, why can’t Plex. Does that make more sense? I honestly do not know how it was not clear before. Now, try again to shuffle me off to your feature request forums again Sir smugness. Am I being too secretive or perhaps obtuse!?

Your first post wasn’t very clear Sjhotz, as no where in the post did you talk about syncing. I would of probably gave you the same information as BigWheel.

Also being rude isn’t going to get you anywhere, show some respect and respect will be given back.
