Why does Plex take just over 2 Minutes to load onto my Samsung Series 7 TV?

I’ve changed Debug Level to ‘Enabled’
The TV is a Samsung Crystal UHD Series 7
I’m also always having to enter the default pin (0000) although automatic login is chosen.
Is there any way I can shorten the Plex load time?
I have the best internet speed I can get in my area but it’s only around 27.5 mgps and I don’t have access to full fibre.
