Why is only remote streaming avalable on nVidia Shield on the local network?

Hello,

In the Shield Plex app settings Home streaming is set to Maximum, while remote streaming is 2 Mbps.

My NAS with the Plex server is on IP 192.168.1.125.

It is connected to the router via ethernet cable. The router is on IP 192.168.1.1

The Shield is connected to the router via wifi an is on IP 192.168.1.213

All devices are physically located in my house.

Still, sometimes, I will only get the 2 mbps quality setting for remote streaming. Both container, audio and video is then transcoded to a lower quality.

Do you know why this happens?
