Why is Plex on the Amazon App Store 7 versions behind? Live TV DVR starts in a paused state

@sixones 9.1.0.31999-beta does load Live TV & DVR channels in a paused state. I then unpause and then press the up button to go back to the guide. Live TV then pauses immediately once guide appears.

9.2.0.32281-beta still has the pausing problem.
