why is program guide not visible in plex app when its visible in the web interface?
Im using Nvidia Shield tv and I have set up live tv dvr with hd homerun.
After a factory reset of my nvidia shield and reconfiguration of PMS the plex client app dont show the live tv segment like before, even though its configured and working on the server.
What can be wrong?
What version number is your Plex Media Server? Is that server selected in the app?
it is the newest version from the play store 1.4.3.3433 .
the newest version of PMS in the Play store is 1.7.4 which you need for Live TV.

Open a web browser and go to the Google play store and force the PMS update to your Shield TV.
I have tried with the newest version of plex app from the app store (update) it didnt help.
Can it be some settingsor something ?

Did you update the Plex app or the Plex Server app?
The Plex app i updated , the server app is the one that was in the nvidia experience update and has the live tv dvr beta in it.
I didnt do any manual update for the plex server…
