On the main details page for the movie there are little circles for each of the actors listed and 95% of the time it just has their initials instead of their face? What am I doing wrong? Do I not have an agent configured properly? It is not like it is only obscure actors that are missing.
It has always been this way and about 3 weeks ago I refreshed the metadata (because I added the SubZero add-on) and so I don’t think that refreshing it will help. Some examples are attached.
Just a thought. Do you happen to have the XBMCInfoImporter agent for either TV or Movies installed? I don’t think that the regular agents and that that add-on play nice with each other.
I have seen the actors faces disappear if I choose that agent for any reason. In most cases, I can get the faces back by refreshing the metadata for another TV Show or Movie that has the same actor and not attached to the NFO import agent. You might have to find and refresh several to get all of them.
Never even heard of XBMCInfoImporter. Here is how my agents look for Movies. Even adding new movies are not picking up information for the actors.
Drag the LMA agent below all other active agents.
Clear the agent caches and try again.

Sorry, it has taken so long to get back to this, I have been traveling for work. I dragged the LMA agent below all of the active agents, and I have cleared the agent caches as described and then went to a couple of individual movies and Refreshed Metadata.
Still no actors show up. In fact, when I had a few faces showing up, like in the pictures above, they disappeared.

Is there an equivalent for TV shows?
As long as you use TheTVDB, the actor photos should come automatically.
But TheTVDB has server issues during the last few days.
