I have read that Plex is not available for Brazil on Samsung Tyzen but this non sense. Plex is available on the older Samsung Smart HUB and also available on LG TVs with WebOS, Playstation 4, local Google Play for Android phones and TV boxes, Apple Store, Windows Store and many others devices and sources here in Brazil. So, that is totally no sense to not have the app available only in Samsung TVs with Tyzen OS. Could you PLEASE review this issue?
The Web app team is working with Samsung now. There was a problem with the submission paperwork they sent to Samsung.

Yes. The app is officially being vetted (tested) by the Brazilian app store team.

Sorry Chuck, I´ve posted a reply to another discussion here. Unfortunatelly Plex app is still not available for Brazil. As a workaround Samsung Tyzen users can access Plex through the built-in Samsung web browser. It´s not easy to use as you have to navigate with a mouse pointer, but it works. Another option is to set the TV to another region like US, but on doing that we lose a lot of local apps, so, it´s not a good choice. I hope we can have PLEX app fully available on Samsung Store soon.

Sorry, but what do you mean? As far as I know I am writing directly to Plex as I am always directed to this support forum to get technical support. Please, if there is another way of contact where I would be able to escalate this issue let me know.

While it may direct you here, which is the correct first step, I’ve done all I can. I reached out to the product team and reported what they told me.

Your only recourse is to go to www.plex.tv and use ‘Contact’ at the bottom of the page. That is the only way to escalate at this point.
I checked one more time. The update of February 7 was approved by Samsung. It should be available to you.
Please verify availability date of Feb 7. Advise with screenshot if what you see is different?

The Dev loaded it manually. There is at least ONE television in Brazil with the app now. Does that count?
