Why plex deletes manually matched shows and then adds it as before

Hi,

I have a tv show that has 3 seasons. I manually match all seasons and it groups them all together. After a couple of minutes the server deletes it and it make it as before, 3 different shows.

What am i doing wrong?

PS: I also realised that for that show, all watched episodes are marked as unwatched, after some time.

Please provide details.
Since you cannot match single seasons in Plex, I assume you are doing something else than this: https://support.plex.tv/articles/201018497-fix-match-match/

Crucially, please report the file and folder names you are using.

That is what i was doing, fix match.
In the meanwhile an update surfaced :smile: and i have applied it. Since then, after 1 hour after i posted the question here, the correction I made sticked, I now have a show with 3 seasons within. :blush:

Today it did it again… I have 3 shows instead of one.

Please edit your tv show library
go to the ‘Add Folders’ tab
how many paths are there and where do they point to?

(Please drag and drop log files into the message window. Don’t upload them to Onedrive or other services.)
