I try to refresh the metadate, but it does not work.
Is there any way to make the old one into the new one ?

I delete the old one，and readd the same tvshow, the it change into the type of new one. So is there any way to delete the origin metadata?

Even though, I cancel match, it also remain the same:
It’s like the image and title are locked, or cached.
So I know one way can fix that move out and move back as I metioned above, But too inconvenient!
what type of files are they? and what agent are you using?

Since you are using the Plex TV Series agent all the settings for that agent are in the Advacned settings of the library. The ones in your bottom screenshot are only for old agents and do not affect Plex TV Series.
According to that it should be getting the metadata from TheMovieDatabase here The Knockout (TV Series 2023-2023) — The Movie Database (TMDB)
Since those are .mp4 files if you have “Prefer Local Metadata” enabled it will grab the metadata embedded in the file. I can’t see if you have it enabled in your screenshot
Disable that and refresh metadata
