I have Plex 8.13 on iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 16.0.
My Plex media server is running on Western Digital My Cloud PR4100. Version is up to date.
I have MyCloud app on the same iPhone.
I used my iPhone, took videos and used My Cloud app to upload to a folder on WS PR4100 and the folder is a Plex library.
I used Plex app on the same iPhone to watch the videos. Pictures in videos are distorted, shorter and wider. Ratio is wrong.
How do I fix it?
