Match/Fix Match Not Finding TV Show

Hi All I’m not entirely sure this is an issue with Plex, but I’m hoping someone can shed some light on what is going wrong here. I use Plex to manage my video library and I’m trying to get the TV Show info for Detective Conan: https://www.thetvdb.com/series/detective-conan ID: 72454 [2019-04-22%2001_36_24-Window] Plex cannot find this and only brings up another name: Case Closed, even when I use the ID to search.
