Will not play 4K movies on local server or other devices with latest update

With the latest update I am unable to play 4K movies on the local server or even through my SmartTV although all other videos work. Now what my TV will report is this:
Multimedia file format not supported
Error Code: PLAYER_ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED_FILE(AVPlay)

Nothing has changed other than updating Plex Server last night. All movies that I have played previously through Plex fail to play after the update.

I have rebooted the server checked connection access and nothing appears wrong. Just 4k movies are not playing. I can directly access the files on my server and play them direct in MPC/VLC.

Delete this I found the server somehow changed the drive letter and rather than saying content unavailable it gave me the error above.
