Hello. Long-time user of Plex, and my primary usage is via Apple TV hardware. So many movies and TV shows now have audio that’s difficult to understand, I’m turning on subtitles more often.
There seems to be some persistent bugs with finding subtitles that have yet to be fixed. I’ll search for a subtitle, it will show me the options, and I’ll pick one. Then, more often that not, it will hang and look like it’s not doing anything. I’ll press the back button, and it will seem like there are no subtitles…then the movie will have subtitles.
When I look at the playback settings, subtitles will be set to off, yet the movie has subtitles playing.
The app has had these subtitle bugs for many months. Will they be fixed?
