Win 10, TV layout screen size too big

I noticed a new version on Samsung smart TV, but the layout was as if zoomed too large - and no scroll bars.
I loaded the player on my win 10 PC to see if I could fix it. All I found was that the TV Layout was also zoomed too large, no scroll bars.

The normal layout seems fine.

How can I set/reset/fix the TV Layout please?
