Hello,
Is there something I can do to be able to stream these MOV files from my Windows 10 Plex app?
I have these home movies in MOV format taken with my iPhone that the Windows 10 Plex app won’t play at all. They are buffering continuously and only play for less than a second before buffering again.
My Plex server is a Synology DS920+ NAS and the issue appears on both local as well as remote network. Using my iPhone, iPad and web browser the movie does play however.
The files are not large, usually less than a minute long, and no more than 50-200 MB in size, such as this one below.
Any help would be highly appreciated!
