My desktop that is hardwired (gig) in buffers constantly on any browser such as Chrome or Firefox, as well as when trying to use the Plex Windows App or Plex Player.
My laptop, Chromecast, and Nvidia Shield all stream fine. All are on the same network and nothing is different between them. I tested both WiFi and Ethernet on the Desktop that is not working, but both fail. I am direct playing everywhere, but even when transcoding down to 2mbs it buffers while the transcode is keeping up fine.
Server is hosted off network. I am hoping to find a solution other than reloading the computer and starting over.
Computer Specs:
i7, 16GB of RAM, 1080ti, Intel NIC
