Windows 10, Plex For Windows Client Lag

I have a good pc and a good internet, idk why this is happening. The web plex works almost perfectly but the plex for windows drops frames and lags the entire time.
I have no idea what to do somebody help please.

Download Plex Media Player.
This is different than Plex For Windows
