Very bad lag between player video and audio

Good day,
When I use the Plex for Windows app, there is severe lag between audio and video. If I use the website app, no such issue. please assist.

EDIT: Wow, not a single reply or answer. Well then I guess I will not be subscribing. I will simply look into other platforms.
