As per the title, windows 1903 fails windows update, more specifically KB4517389
This issue has been present for at least 4 months -give or take- with other previous updates since the release of 1903.
I had my original PMS server on 1803 and 1809 with no update issues.
systems I tried on - HP z620 dual xeon e5-2640
- MSI C236a i5-6600
Current - MSI Z370a-pro i5 8600k
all have this issue with PMS installed, and no issues when pms is not installed.
