Windows app - thumbnail preview over scrubber is sluggish

When mousing over the scrubber / playback progress bar, the thumbnail previews that appear “lag” behind where the mouse actually is. It makes it feel sluggish. The web app doesn’t do this.

I’m all for native apps, so I’m submitting this as a point in need of polish to make it just as good!

Small update: it’s a lot better when the video is paused, but still not as good as the web player
