A single Plex channel (Curiosity) will not play when using the windows app. It opens but doesn’t play or give an error, just an hourglass forever. All other channels are fine. This channel plays if using a browser.
I did a complete re-install with no difference. Started about a month ago.
Is there a cache that needs cleared? where?
Ideas?

Same issue here, Win10 and 11.
On my network, for example, Mystery TV refuses to play on Windows player on Win10 and 11 app, but will play on web browser and Android clients on the same computers / local network server.
Then Unsolved Mysteries channel works on all clients and portals, although, it is very slow to start playing on Windows player.
The logs offer no real clues:
