[BUG] Problem with (E-)AC3 Codec and Windows update 24H2

I am having the same problem, is plex going to reply on a way to fix this? I do not want to install AnWave as it is immediately flagged by antivirus OK after a google search for “windows 11 ac3” I found this: and I installed it and it works now (tested on EAC3 audio)
