Windows builds of Emby are now able to wake up the server from standby for scheduled DVR recording.
When you schedule a recording, the Emby server automatically sets a wake timer for that time. Should the system happen to be in standby when it’s time for the recording, Emby will wake up Windows and set the machine into Away-Mode for the duration of the recording.
In case the devs don’t know how this works, there’s an open source tool (link) that you’d might take a look at. The code is pretty straight forward.
