Windows Media Player Graphics Driver Error

Player Version#: Windows 10 Version 1909 [10.0.18363] x86_64

I downloaded the latest version of the Plex Application (as advised by the Application) and it resulted in an error state. I uninstalled Plex and reinstalled the application and the following error is still occurring.

  • Windows 10 64Bit
  • Plex.TV launches and runs via net – just not from PC

There have been no other changes to the device - Yes I can see the Graphic driver comment however this has not changed

Others with same problem. Some are falling back to a prior version or using the new Plex HTPC app until the problem is fixed.

Thanks kindly - yes, deployed the HTPC App to resolve in the short-term.
