Windows Server Stops Working and Unable to Restart

Server Version#: 1.13.6.5339
I have regular issues with my server randomly not letting me connect anymore. It isnt a remote access issue as I can’t even get onto the server on the local machine. All mobile plex apps show that the server is offline, when going through the web app on any computer (including the computer where the server is hosted) the server shows as offline. If I try to access http://127.0.0.1:32400/web the page shows “This site cannot be reached. 127.0.0.1 refused to connect.” The server is still showing as active as its still in the system tray.
The worst part about this is that even after closing down the server from the system tray and restarting it, the server remains down and I have the same issues. The only way for me to get the server working again is by turning off the entire computer and restarting it. I have been experiencing this problem over several of the previous server versions. I tend to update every time theres a new release, including the beta releases. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plex server at one point, but that didnt change anything. Please see attached log files. in the mediaserver1 log, the server shutdown at 9:30 was triggered by me manually to see if it would restart. The situation at the moment is currently still the same.Plex Media Server.log (157.9 KB)

Just to add a bit more information, this is my previous thread about the same issue in December last year, and the issue was present way back then. I’d love to upgrade to a lifetime pass, but the constant mess around of having to restart my whole machine just to get it working puts me off. Not to mention for a product I am currently paying monthly for, this shouldnt be happening in the first place. The point of plex for me is so I have the ability to access my media anywhere at any time, and I am not only supporting plex through the use of a Plex pass, but I am also constantly running a computer at home as a plex server so I am able to have access any time. This is costing me a lot of money for something that barely works. Half the time I try to access my plex server from my phone is when I am away from home, and if the server is showing offline, there is nothing I can do to fix that remotely, so there is no point at all of the server even existing at that point.
