Looking for further info, but regardless I wanted to post this…
Earlier today my PMS continously crashed over and over again no matter how many times I manually started it.
I restarted the app. Nothing.
I restarted the machine. Nothing.
I researched on the general cause of PMS crashing and it spoke of DLL files.
I discovered that the latest “mswsock.dll” was installed yesterday, coincidentally the same time that I patched WIN10 to # KB4476976.
I spent the better part of an hour or so researching how to remove the particular DLL file to no avail. I ultimately uninstalled the latest patch and am back on [KB4480116 (OS Build 17763.253)] and PMS has yet to crash for over an hour. knock on wood

I have the same versions as you do, and I updated to the same win10 patch as you on the 23.01. I have not had any issues with crashes or anything else. my mswsock.dll has been changed at the same time.
Besides windows patch, tautulli and PMS, my server does nothing else. Do you run anything else that could be the real cause of the crash?
This is my main rig, so it’s used for common use as well. However there was nothing else that was installed on the machine other than the win10 patch the other day. The server’s been back online for over 12hrs with no crashes. Something in that update had to of crashed the system. I’ll probably re-patch and test this weekend.
