I’m also completely unable to use the Win10 desktop version. Trying to open the application doesn’t open any windows. The taskbar icon shows a progress bar window if I hover over the Plex player icon, but clicking that window doesn’t make it appear.
This is the second time it is happening. Reinstalling worked the first time, but doesn’t this time. Server’s fine and a browser player will play one song at a time. I have to press play for every new song though. I have upgraded to the latest version with no success.
Yes, the uninstaller not deleting this folder appears to be the issue.
I’m not happy that Plex Support ignores these forums and we have to depend on random users maybe figuring it out and posting here. Like, really not happy. This is not a free product. (Not directed at you, 180806, directed at Plex.)
