Plex not finding every channel

I just bought a Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD and tried to set it up with plex. Plex only finds 53 channels while the WinTV app finds all 128 channels. Not only does plex not find all the channels I cannot use any channel.
I have tried to search for more channels but was unable. Also tried to remove the tuner and add again but it always comes with the 53 channels.

Would really appreciate the help!

I would love to know the answer too. I have the same issue. Plex seems to recognize up to 64.9, but nothing higher. Why?

Doesn’t surprise me, here in the UK the plex tuning service won’t find any HD channels for lots of users, issue being going on for ever, they don’t seem interested in fixing it.

For me the problem is that I cannot use any channel with plex because the few that plex found say low signal. With the WinTV app I can see all channels and in HD without any problem
