WinTV-dualHD Not Found by Plex, yet works with the WinTV Software

Hello,

I’m trying to setup live tv/DVR functionality on my Windows Server 2016 Plex instance. The USB dongle is detected by Windows - the driver shows to be enabled and functioning (device manager shows: Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD ATSC (Bulk Mode) and the included WinTV software finds the card, finds channels and works fine.

However, Plex doesn’t seem to find this device for some strange reason when I go to Live TV & DVR → Setup Plex DVR → it simply says we couldn’t find any hardware we recognize and spins.

Could the WinTV software be grabbing the tuner so Plex can’t see it? Could try just installing the drivers and nothing else.
