Wizard for a new server on TruneNas 12 doesn't show up

Hello, after installing the official plugin it’s not always possible to login
to the server. Appears the errore “You are not authorized to this server” and when I can access the web interface the wizard for adding the server doesn’t show up and even in the sidebar no server appears.

I leave a link to FB where I posted two videos about what happens. I don’t know what to do. I already uninstalled and re-installed 10 times.

Use your NAS’s local IP address, not your custom domain. That won’t work until after you get PMS setup.

If I use the IP address that appears when the plugin starts, I get the error message that I’m not authorized to access that server and if I can login somehow….the wizard doesn’t start anyway….
