Won't connect to my Plex Media Server

My Plex Media Server stopped working randomly, and usually when that happens an update will solve the problem. But this time it didn’t.

I’ve tried everything suggested on the help pages except altering my registry, which I’m not confident enough to try.

Does anyone have anything else they can suggest?
