I'm having a strange problem where, my inital setup that I backed up of PlexConnect is currently working ( somewhat ) most videos on Navi-X won't play, but some do.
However, I downloaded the new git souce, saved my old Settings.py, and copied it with the new source, and I dont even think I'm actually connecting to the server now because no content works.

Why settings.py? You need to edit the other settings.cfg and use new settings.py from github source
Yeah do not copy across any of files.
Download a fresh copy and read the latest install guide on the wiki (do not use ones on other websites as most are out of date)
do all the files from the baagit source need to be moved to my plex folder?
Delete (or move your original folder), download a fresh copy of the ZIP file (it has to be the zip), unzip it and then use that folder.
