This is beyond ridiculous. Why am I not allowed to have a local account?! Now my Gmail is all jacked up, you devs have made it so recovering passwords is impossible. Congrats…you have provided the most secure app no one can use. So, why post? Because I know there are devs that have a primary job coding working there. Even the paid devs need to hear this. You’re idiots. Stop over complicating things.
Not sure what your issue is Ive never signed in using google and havent had an issue.
While this is a resolution to recovering passwords, I feel that the biggest gist of the post is this:
because were are not making and maintaining two different authentication systems.
