So this is odd…Plex is populating with the wrong cast members even though I used the proper naming convention. How do I fix this?

- That is a TV show episode, not a movie. Specifically, s12e03 of Agatha Christie’s Poirot.
- No mixing TV Shows and Movies in the same library.
- Plex uses TMDB & TVDB IDs for TV shows. IMDB IDs are used for movies, but not TV shows.
- Rename & reorganize the file as a TV show, not a movie. Use the TMDB or TVDB ID if desired.
Example:
/TV Shows <-- Folder added to TV show library
.../Agatha Christie's Poirot (1989) {tmdb-790}
....../Season 12 <-- "Season" in English.
........./Agatha Christie's Poirot (1989) s12e03 Murder on the Orient Express.m4v <-- sXXeYY format required.

Interesting, the DVD didn’t state it was from the show, it’s a full length movie. Anyway, this solved the issue, thank you FordGuy61 !!!
