Please show us a screen capture from like file station, showing us the naming from the root of your library all the way down to the .m4v file

and it wouldn’t hurt to also include a copy of your server logs too

Glad it helped And the tmdb ID was found by browsing to tmdb.org and then look at the url You could also use {imdb-ttXXXXXX} as an alternative

And looking again at your Screen Capture, I stand corrected regarding the Multimedia share, since not the QNAP one, but instead one you created in your Home directory :wink:
