Hi,
the channel scan for DVB-C Austria (UPC Vienna, Fast Scan) has the wrong parameters. It should be 466MHz and QAM256 (instead of 360MHz and QAM64). All parameters can be found on http://fragen.upc.at/app/answers/detail/a_id/378/~/upc-tv-mini-aktivierungsdaten
For others wanting to fix it DIY until change is implemented: change the 8001.ini (on Mac found in Plex Media Server.app/Contents/Resources/Tuner/Shared/scanners/dvbc/fast_scan) and adapt the line 1=360000,V,6900,,QAM64 to 1=466000,V,6900,,QAM256
