Wrong format? Impossible Plex update on Synology

Hi all, it’s the 3rd update in line which I cannot install… usually, Plex puts that ‘up’ icon on the web interface, notifying about a new version available, you click it, download it and install it via the Package Center on Synology. At least, it was like this till version 1.41.0.8994, when something’s gone wrong. Since then, I download the package (which is the correct one for the given architecture) and when I try to instal it I get “Invalid format. Please contact the package developer.”
What could be the problem? Is it Plex or is it Synology?

Specs: Synology DS218, DSM version: 7.2.2-72806 Update 2

Plex: v1.41.0.8994

You are trying the wrong version.

Nope, I’m downloading the Arm8 version for Syn 7.2.2…
This one: PlexMediaServer-1.41.3.9314-a0bfb8370-aarch64_DSM72.spk

Plex support will have to chime in - I believe in that case you need to just uninstall the previous first.

Must say this is probably happening since the notorious 7.2.2 DSM update…

Currently have PMS installed

Can you use a different browser / incognito mode ?
