Unable to update plex on synology

Hi I’m facing an issue trying to update plex, Upon downloading and trying to update the version to 1.43.0.10492 on synology I get th following error

“The operation failed. Please sign in again to DSM and try again”

I’m running synology DS1517+ version

DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 9
