The screenshot show i have selected danish as language, but the titles are still in english, please advice how to fix.

Did you set it to Danish when you created the library (and before adding your media) or did you only change it afterwards?
Depending on the agent used for this library you should be able to refresh the metadata for the library. Worst case you need to re-match (fix match), manually applying the correct language.
Edit: you might want to update your server before going down the rabbit hole of manually updating each item.
PMS 1.18.5 is almost 1 year old…
After upgrading your server you can upgrade your library to the “new” Plex Movie agent. With that you should be able to apply the language by refreshing the metadata.
Thank you @tom80H, most of that library works now, now i changed the cartoon library for my kids and that get pretty wierd, all kind of languages in the titles now 
Upgraded to server: 1.21.0.3711
and chose the Upgrade on all libraries, will see tomorrow how it scans the stuff.
