This has been an issue for several years now, even on multiple installs of PMS.
Originally I noticed that if I was downloading multi-audio files, or files with subtitles, the downloads would only reflect whatever the video was set to on non-downloaded files. That’s not a huge issue, except it never downloads more audio/subtitle versions that whatever it’s set to play by default. For years, I got around this issue by first setting these settings (if they were wrong), then downloading the files.
This last week, I downloaded a series of files that were originally in English, and it switched over randomly to a Spanish dub. As usual, there was no option to change this setting, since the download only downloads in one format, none of the formats from the original file were available.
