Can't choose language or subtitle when streaming an episode that is also downloaded

I encountered a weird issue when I tried downloading an episode on my Ipad, I have several Anime episodes that have both an English and Japanese audio track as well as several subtitle tracks for a few languages. These work fine if I’m just streaming the episode from my server, I can switch to another audio and subtitle track. If I’ve downloaded an episode and I watch it from the downloads when disconnected from the server It also works as expected. The issue happens when I have a downloaded version of an episode and I try streaming it from the server, for some reason it defaults to a audio track and no subtitles are shown, when I go to change the audio track and subtitles the option for the audio track is missing as if there was only one and all the subtitles are also missing I only get the option to search for more. Weirdly enough when I select the episode in my library and I attempt to change the language or subtitle before I press play the ones available for that episode do show up but when I press play it still defaults to an audio track and shows no subtitles.

Same here on my iPhone. But no help for now :frowning: Emby has been my remedy with real assistant .
