I added a video to a personal video collection today (Apr 17) and it shows a banner: “Releasing Apr 18, 2023”.
The video was actually recorded Apr 16, so your timestamp would be wrong regardless of a lazy UTC check.
Personal videos don’t need an availability date, so why is it generated? If you’re going to add a feature, try to finish it please.
