Wtf is wrong with plex…from version to version is more buggy …
Now the new issue …my movies thumbnails and covers don’t get updated …
I’m running find match … the media is found ,but after and ■■■■ happens after
can someone please tell me wtf is wrong with my PLEX 
logs attached.

I have no idea, if set up correctly it’s fantastic
new installation …added more then 2000 movies …
worked good …after couple of days …boom …■■■■ …cannot update movie covers …
also this is not EMBY…at least emby they have support…and they dont send u to the community…
U pay for the product …but support …go to goggle

just don’t understand how stuff that worked 1 day ago…simply doesn’t work suddenly …and hey no support from PLEX …just here in the community hoping and praying that someone will take a look and help me …
THIS IS 2020 …WHEN U PAY u deserve support!!! In the 80-90’s technology …yeah u paid and u didn’t get ■■■■ lool .
Maybe if you wrote “you” instead of “u” to respect the people you’re writing to (what are you going to do with all this time you save?) and looled a bit less, you would get more support.

If Plex did not work, there would be thousands of disgruntled users. I don’t see that in the forums. Therefore it is possible it is a user based problem. Working one day and not the next is not enough information… Are you aware there is discussion area for your native language.

When u have a problem with a program that month by month after every update is becoming worse and worse ,u get frustrated ,and u really don’t pay attention to semantics … .
And is still funny ,because what i wrote is true ,so that’s why i lool …
But what u know ?You’re plex is the bomb apparently …and im the only one with this problem .

It’s not a user based problem. I’m adding 100-400 movies per day, and sometimes I delete old movies and add 4K instead (the same movies) , and then the problems occurs most of the time when the new movies with the same names are added …
When I’m trying to match the movie, after the matching is done, no covers are added whatsoever
I’m doing the same thing for the last 1 year …nothing was changed in my computer (OS\HW) …only the plex got updated many times …
so before tenyo get sensitive again, let’s hope we find a solution fast . 
Can you show me how your naming and structuring your Movies files?
Good for you; you’ve told everyone that you disagree, and provided no support or technical insight, whatsoever. In other words, you proved his point.
I have the same problems. I kept up on updates and problems only seem to be worse. Now I have problems with direct play all the time. And file type and naming conventions don’t matter one iota.

and running fix match …doesn’t do shitttttttttt…
The only thing that helps …is to uninstall plex and build it from scratch once again …and I just did that last week …i don’t have the power anymore 
so again I’m asking …WTFF is wrong with PLEX and why PLEX doesn’t have real technical support like EMBY? we pay $ for this service right ? or maybe it’s free and I’m the only one who pays?

I’m the sensitive one, but you’re the one whining… How can you add 400 movies a day…? Have you tried buying movies? I heard it works.
hmmm …first of all who said that i didn’t purchase them ? by the way i have more then 10000 original bluray 's …now im in the process of digitalize them and add them in to my 150 TB X2 synology NAS …
And im not whining…i just wrote that the product doesn’t work like before ,and no solution apparently …
Did u try to purchase movies ? Its an amazing thing …u need to try it …
is simple …each bluray cost 40-60$ …lets say for the beginning u purchase 1000 movies …so that’s between 40000-60000$ …and slowly slowly u can reach my movie collection
ps:took me almost 10 years to reach that kind of movie collection

Somebody keeps sending them to me in the mail - and when I send them back, they send more.

Well, my Plex works, so I’m having a better day than you it seems. Next time don’t start your post with WTF and you might get more positive reactions, just a thought. (Nice sexist comment, by the way)
