I’ve been using Plex since 2009 and it’s not been perfect, but perfect enough for me to enjoy it, instead of doing whatever you’re doing. I just know which fights to pick.
No, the truth is that nobody is eager to help you because you keep swearing, writing all-caps and reply with anger on anyone that doesn’t give you the perfect solution EDIT: And you tell other people what to do with an overuse of exclamation marks. And from your perspective anyone that’s commenting on your behaviour is a troll.
The fact that you pay for Plex pass, doesn’t mean that you’re entitled to support on the fly or for your specific use-case.
Rather than keep flaming on people that even try to help you, work on your attitude first and then create a humble request for help on your issue.
No fights what so ever …just want some kind of support …and like usual .no support
To enjoy for free …yeah why not …but if lets say u pay the 50$ life time …now lets say also that plex have somewhere between 20k to 50k users …that’s between 2.5 to 5 mil $ …so were all that money goes to ? in hundreds of coders ? on a massive data centers ? and after all that still no money to hire 10 people for support ?

- I’m not defending Plex anywhere in my response to you, I’m only commenting on your behaviour which you didn’t learn from seeing your response.
- You should’ve read/reviewed the SLA Plex offered yourself before paying for the service, since that states to which level you’re entitled to support.
You bought yourself access to Plex features, if one of them was dedicated support then you’re in your right to complain about the lack of it. The fact that you think you’re entitled to support doesn’t force any organisation (like Plex) to give it to you.
I’m sorry to hear about your issues, but if you’d be even a little bit more polite to others you’ll notice you’d get a lot more done than how you’re acting now.
Calling everybody a troll that doesn’t help you and then continuously post memes in your replies kinda makes it the other way around.

Yes, you are right, Plex has no official support, maybe they should but they dont.
So the position you are in is, you are asking for free support from the community members. Some who have been around longer than a lot of the devs at plex (Im sure at least a few of us remember when it was just Elan coding on his own exchanging messages with us and fixing bugs on request).
Unfortunately none of those people want to help you because you are an aggressive dick so how about you suck it up buttercup and either get used to your non-working plex or move to a different product. Its not like you will be missed by the community that you are so desperately seeking help from.

Second …the only thing i asked is for advice…and that’s a big difference ,but again apparently u don’t even understand what is a 4k 10bit\60 hz format and how the plex code even handle it …

If there is no paid support, then by default you must be asking for unpaid (Commonly known as free) support.

i just asked for some advice from the community …but my anger is not with the community . i just expressed my huge disappointment with plex technical support (that is not existent ) ,and then all the pretty faces instead of trying to help ,they don’t stop telling me how much beautiful and good is plex and that is my problem ,that i did something wrong ,naming ,permissions and other basic stuff …and why is that ? because they don’t see any problem in their own plex … 
And i add the logs …all the smart and pretty faces out here , don’t even bother to read them …everyone is a keyboard warrior …but no real solution was provided …
