So for the last few weeks apple tv has showed the wwdc app.
This app has an updated icon every year but there is no immediate update before wwdc (that i noticed). That made me wonder if it would be possible to send the apple tv an entire app depending on weather or not wwdc is hardcoded or not. If the app it'self is hardcoded it might still be that the icon is not which would allow plexconnect to use the most rarely used app and get a proper icon.
Is this worth looking into or have somebody already done so?
WWDC is gone already - least on my ATV2 it is.
We cant send the ATV an app, all the traffic from apple that contains the dynamic app data is HTTPS encrypted.

it's possible like jailbreaking atv3, so it's already better focusing on jailbreak :)
