X265 HEVC 10Bit jagged playback on iPhone & Apple TV 4k

Experiencing an issue with playback on Apple TV & iOS. Very unwatchable… the sound is fine but no luck with video.
This is also an issue for android TV. performs exactly the same. video is jagged and extremely choppy.

This happens when enhanced video player is turned off.
