Where do you set the "Default Throttle Buffer" value? I'm running the latest PMS on Ubuntu 14.04, looked in the Preferences.xml file, do not see a value for "Default Throttle Buffer". Oh, yeah, and it's 2015 and we are still seeing buffering issues on the XBOX 360 . . . which is the only reason I bought a Plex Pass, Plex works great with all my other devices, and I am using free clients on everything but my Amazon Fire Stick, which I had to pay for the client there, client for XBOX 360 is free but you have to pay for the Plex Pass for it to see your server . . .
I found it, set default throttle buffering to 300 seconds (5 minutes), still seeing the problem.
2018, still having this problem, now the 360 isn’t even worth trading for a Chromecast
